What happens when you request deletion

You can ask us to delete your Phonepay Pro account and the personal data associated with it. When your request is verified and processed:

• Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone), login credentials, saved numbers/favourites, device/push tokens, and support messages.
• Retained where required by law: transaction and financial records (recharges, wallet, payments) may be kept for the period required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, then permanently deleted.
• Any remaining wallet balance is handled per our terms before closure — contact us to withdraw it first.

Requests are normally completed within 7 working days. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting.
